It has very good read speeds for an external DVD drive, clocking in at 24x read and 8x for writing. It utilizes USB 3.0 which also supports earlier version (1 and 2). The design is very practical with only 17 mm thickness and 140 mm height and width and it’s very light.The cable supports both USB A and C has a storage space below.There are also anti skid pads to prevent accidental slipping. Overall it has plenty of features and is a bargain at this price point.
